Refund Policy
Introduction
At Codify Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality IT services and products. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds are necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
The advance deposit (25% of the total amount) is refundable only if the domain has not been booked, hosting has not been set up, and the basic design has not been initiated within 48 hours of placing the order for Basic, Standard, and Premium plans. Once the domain is booked, hosting is established, and the basic design work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If the client/customer cancels the deal before the agreed deadline, the refund of the advance deposit(25% amount) will be processed only after the specified working period has elapsed.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Codify Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. collects the remaining 75% balance only after the successful completion of the work. These payments are non-refundable.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind or if you no longer need the product or service after it has been delivered.
Third-Party Products: Products or services purchased from third-party vendors are subject to the respective third party’s refund policies and are not eligible for a refund from Codify Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Domain and Hosting Services: Fees for domain registration, hosting, and other related services are non-refundable.
Completed Work: Once a project is completed and accepted by you, refunds will not be issued.
3. Refund Process
Request Submission: To request a refund, you must submit a formal request via email to contact@codifysoftwaresolutions.in, including your project details, reasons for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
Review and Approval: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and may contact you for further information. If the refund request is approved, you will be notified via email.
Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Changes to This Refund Policy
Codify Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
